Attorney Licensed after January 1, 2009
     Attorney licensed less than a year.  Dues are waived for first year attorneys (one fiscal year only).
Attorney in Private Practice/Firm
    

Attorney licensed for more than a year who has a private practice or is employed with a law firm.

Associate Member
     Attorney with an out-of-state license or having a business address outside of Hidalgo County.  Associate Members are "non-voting" members.
Judge or Government/Public Service Lawyer
     Judge or attorney employed full time for the federal, state, or county government, or, employed full time for a not-for-profit public service organization such as Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, Inc.
Emeritus Member
     Attorney who is at least 75 years of age or practicing 50 years or longer.  Dues are waived for Emeritus Members.
